Sales Tax
Since AFA is located in the state of New York, only orders shipped inside of NY are required to be charged a tax of 8.625%. All other states are tax exempt.
Please note that all fees charged are quoted in US dollars only.
Order Confirmation
. Please carefully review your email order confirmation upon receipt to ensure the accuracy of your order.
. Changes and cancellations are permitted only if your order has not been processed, please contact us if you need to change or cancel your order.
. Personalized orders can not be changed or cancelled, unless you notify us of the change or cancellation prior to your order processing. Items ordered from K's Candy Shoppe can not be cancelled or returned.
Standard Delivery
. Orders can only be shipped to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous states.
. Orders can not be shipped to a post office boxes.
. The customer is responsible for any shipping fees charged by UPS on undeliverable
packages due to a customer supplied incorrect address.
. All orders are shipped via UPS. Additional charges will apply if alternative shipping methods are requested by customer.
. Shipping rates are determined by weight and shipping locations.
. Orders may be shipped from multiple locations, and may not arrive on the same day.
Rush Orders
If you would like to request a rush order for any items, please call us during normal business hours (Monday through Friday,10am to 7pm EST) at 1-631-697-0997 or send us an email. We can ship 2nd day air or overnight in most cases and to most destinations for an additional charge. It will be our pleasure to accommodate you whenever possible.
Damages
Please inspect all items carefully when you receive your order. If there is any damage, please call us at 1-631-697-0997 at your earliest convenience, but no later than 24 hours after the package was delivered. Keep the original box, packaging materials, as well as any paperwork that came in the box. We suggest that you email us a digital photograph of the damaged box and/or items. A customer-care specialist will help you file a claim with UPS if needed. This includes missing items.
